Our Mission

Our Expertise: Inspection, Renovation, and Reconstruction for Condominiums and Rental Buildings

An expert in condominium and rental building projects intervenes at every stage of the building’s life cycle. Korvell carries out two main families of projects: planned renovation and reconstruction after a loss. Every assignment begins with a rigorous inspection of the building to establish a precise diagnosis before work begins:

  • Common area renovations: façades, roofs, corridors, entrance halls, parking areas, mechanical systems.
  • Work in private units: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, installation and repair of interior systems.
  • Post-loss reconstruction: water damage, fire, vandalism. 24/7 emergency response, with intervention in under 1 hour.
  • Maintenance and follow-up: building maintenance log, tracking of planned work, compliance with Bill 16.
  • Support adapted to rental buildings.

A message from the president

In the renovation industry, trust should never be a gamble. Korvell is here for that very reason.
Before Korvell, I spent ten years in the general management of a condominium management company. Ten years taking calls from worried condominium boards, chasing contractors who never call back, and watching job sites go off the rails for lack of follow-up. I know exactly what causes a renovation project to fail, because I have lived it from the other side of the table. Korvell is my answer: the general contractor I would have wanted to hire all those years, and who did not exist.
Korvell is an independent company, built by six founding partners who share the same vision. It is not a subsidiary of any property management company. Our business is the jobsite: the trades, quality workmanship, and deadlines met. The property managers and condominium boards that work with us fully retain their client relationships and decision-making. We deliver the work. To each their own trade—and that is precisely why it works.
In practical terms, here is what this means for you: a single person accompanies you from the first call to the completion of the work—your dedicated coordinator. Each project follows a structured 42-step process, tracked in real time. You always know the status of your site, who is doing what, and when. No radio silence. No surprises on the invoice. This is our standard for every project, without exception.
The result is clients who choose us, and then call us back. It is the only measure that matters.

Our vision

Offering Far More Than a Service:
An Experience Driven by Innovation

Every project follows our 42-step method, designed to secure decisions and ensure execution without surprises.

We have defined six pillars to secure your interventions:

  1. Exclusive specialization: we anticipate the challenges specific to multi-unit buildings to avoid blind spots.
  2. Protection of the syndicate of co-owners: we structure projects to limit irritants and prevent conflict situations.
  3. Reduced workload for the condo board: we take charge of the operational complexity so the board does not have to manage the day-to-day follow-up of the job site.
  4. Continuous communication: structured information allows you to respond calmly and clearly to co-owners.
  5. Respect for the framework: strict compliance with the declaration of co-ownership and agreed timelines.
  6. Execution without surprises: a clear framework allows the board to stand behind its decisions with confidence.

Our commitments are measurable: response in under 24 hours, appointment in under 48 hours, estimate in under 5 business days, start of work in under 15 business days, and emergency intervention in under 1 hour, 24/7.

Le Club Korvell est une initiative unique visant à professionnaliser les interventions en copropriété au Québec.

  • Certification exclusive : en partenariat avec l’ESPI Montréal, nous portons une démarche de certification des entreprises spécialisées.
  • Training: we contribute to training property managers on technical and operational challenges. By bringing this ecosystem together, Korvell establishes itself as the leading authority in structuring the market.

Starting in fall 2026, Korvell will open its first exclusive materials showroom in the Greater Montréal area, located 350 m from Peel metro station, with 10 parking spaces.

In collaboration with recognized partners such as Barwood-Pilon, Centura, Cosentino, Sherwin-Williams, and Maison Schröder, this space will centralize your material selections in one fluid, high-end location. It is our way of offering more than technical execution: a complete, stress-free experience.

For a board of directors, a project should not become a source of constant pressure. Responding to occupants, handling the unexpected, coordinating follow-ups: all of this takes time, method, and a solid framework. This is precisely what Korvell brings to the syndicate by taking on the operational complexity and securing every stage of the project.

Meet the Korvell team to obtain a rigorous analysis and an estimate adapted to your condominium. Together, let’s secure the future of your building.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Condominium and Rental Building Work

Korvell is a general contractor that carries out and executes work from A to Z, not simply a coordinator. We take charge of every stage: inspection, planning, execution, and delivery, under our RBQ licence 5870-8538-01.

Call on an expert in condominium work for any project affecting the common areas (roof, façade, corridor), for a reconstruction after a loss, or for work in a private unit that requires coordination with the syndicate. A specialist knows the building by-laws and protects the syndicate at every stage. For rental buildings, a specialist coordinates the work in the units without disrupting the tenants.

The syndicate of co-owners, through its Board of Directors, is responsible for overseeing work in the common areas. It may delegate management and follow-up to a general contractor such as Korvell, which provides access to a real-time tracking platform. For private units, the co-owner mandates the work, in compliance with the declaration of co-ownership. In a rental building, the owner mandates and follows the work directly with Korvell.

We respond in under 24 hours, schedule an appointment within 48 hours, and provide an estimate in under 5 business days. The start of work follows within 15 business days after acceptance. For emergencies: intervention in under 1 hour, 24/7.

Work affecting common areas or structural elements of the building requires authorization from the syndicate of co-owners. Modifications affecting a load-bearing wall, shared plumbing, or the building’s electrical systems also require approval, depending on the by-laws set out in the declaration of co-ownership and the Civil Code of Québec. We review these documents before every intervention.
